Happy Halloween!

Today students were allowed to dress down for the occasion. Thank you to all our volunteers who organized parties and provided Halloween treats! The whole day was filled with fun! Please have a fun, safe evening.

Red Ribbon week was a great time! Our 6th grade leaders planned daily events, for the whole school, centering around the idea of living healthy lifestyles. The door competition was intense. Every classroom did an outstanding job and should be proud of their creations.

Below are the results:

  • 1st Mrs. Thomasulo’s kindergarten
  • 2nd Mrs. Stafford PK4
  • 3rd Mrs. Moonan’s 2nd grade

Bravo to all!

Seton Grads Making Us Proud

Congratulations go out to Colin Shannahan and Iain Bird! Both of these young men are Seton alumni and are getting noticed over at McQuaid! Colin was honored as the Knight of the Month, and Iain was honored as the 7th Grade Student of the Month! Consistently, our alumni make easy transitions to the area Catholic and public middle school. Schools continually thank us for sending them students who are well prepared both academically and socially. If you hear of any other alums who have moved on to do great things, please let me know.

Thank You To Hannah McGroarty

Hannah is also a Seton Alum. She recently contacted me with an idea for her Girl Scout Gold Award that also gave her the chance to give back to Seton! As her project, she organized all of the used uniforms into clear plastic, labeled containers. The results are unbelievable! Thank you Hannah!

Students of the Month

At our last Prayer Service we honored three students for their exceptional scores on the New York State tests. Sienna Fallone and Katarina Szulgit both attained perfect scores on their 3rd grade ELA test and Mathew Atalla scored a perfect score on his 4th grade Science test!
